My Journey to More is primarily a testimony of Gods grace and His continuing work and Presence in my life. Its not a story about how I chased God until I found Him; its all about God how God pursued me until I was out of personal options and solutions, and fell exhausted into His waiting Arms. I refer to it as chasing more.

As a PK (preacher's kid), I was saved at about 5, and with the exception of several periods of "minor" rebellion, was well trained and educated in the Word of God, and was living a dedicated, work and serve-till-your-burn-out life for God. I was a walking Bible, yet without many practical answers that worked. I knew a lot about God, but didn't know God personally well at all. And secretly behind the scenes, I was living without the promised fruit of "peace" and "abundance" I exhorted everyone else about.

Through numerous family and personal tragedies and God-ordained circumstances, I found God softening my heart and implanting in my soul a desperate need for More of Him...not just more about Him.

JTM is all about a desperate search for that elusive "abundant life" and "perfect peace" I had taught others about for over 55 years, and had never fully experienced.

Now my life is not more about putting Him first in life; HE IS MY LIFE. I've found Peace and Home. MORE!
